Homeless Shelter in New Philadelphia, Ohio

Friends of the Homeless of Tuscarawas County is dedicated to assisting families and individuals in a faith-based environment to achieve stability, sobriety and permanent housing — restoring hope to the homeless, hungry, abused and addicted.

We not only provide emergency shelter to those experiencing homelessness and displacement, but also the tools and services needed to find and retain employment and stable housing: agency referrals, on-site life- and employment-skills programs, support groups, and spiritual enrichment.

We address the very real, but mostly unseen, issue of homelessness in Tuscarawas and surrounding counties by affording people the respect and dignity they deserve.
