40 for Hope
Forty is an important and symbolic number in the Bible — it symbolizes new life and growth. And $40 is roughly the cost of providing one day of services to a guest in Jack's House of Hope.

Why It Matters
One Day of Hope, Shelter, and Support.
Since 2005, Friends of the Homeless of Tuscarawas County, a non-denominational nonprofit, has managed the only homeless shelter in Tuscarawas County. We establish a culture of responsible living for guests and families who are without critical services, food and safe shelter.
Our goal is to help the men, women and children in our shelter achieve the hope and resources needed for lasting stability, sobriety, employment, and housing.
